Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original boxes and include all hardware and instruction manuals to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
